In the early 1990s the inventor of Pisa Liqueur took a romantic vacation with his wife in the Tuscan countryside. While enjoying the fantastic views, scenery and each other, they opted to capture that moment forever. Instead of capturing memories with a camera, the creator, who had experience as a distiller, came up with the idea of creating a fine nut liqueur and dedicating it to the area and city where they had their vacation. Almond, Pistachio and Hazelnut, all which have grown around the area of Pisa for centuries, were a natural choice for this new liqueur.
Pisa's distinct flavor lends itself to consumption neat, on the rocks, in cocktails and paired with or on desserts.
