Melody Crema Catalana is a Spanish liquor reminiscent of the famous Catalan dessert. The liquor is a real favourite at Christmas time in Spain. It has hints of vanilla and cinnamon and a consistency comparable to Baileys Irish cream (although the flavour is very very differnet).
Crema Catalana can be splashed into coffee, served neat over ice or used as an ingredient in cocktails. A unique flavour sure to impress the guests! In fact we have not met anyone that says "No" to a second glass..
